My conception, my practice... My method
The training courses I offer are bodily, with a benevolent psychic attitude, but are not psycho-corporal.
In my personal journey, I've come to realize that the most important thing is to start from the body's experience.
I believe that feelings and consciousness are a product of bodily sensations.
Everything starts from the body, i.e. the sensations that give you emotions, and from there you can conceptualize and mentalize.
That's why my training courses have guided me, and will guide you, towards this formidable tool that is our body.
As you will have gathered, my work is based on the exploration of bodily sensation.
"I don't work from the top down, i.e. from the spiritual to the body, but from the body to the spiritual."
So my training courses and workshops will be 100% hands-on.
