Tantric massage is an energetic massage for letting go.
Tantric massage has been likened to erotic massage in that it's a full-body massage, including the sexual organs. But the reason for massaging the sexual area in tantric massage is very different from that of erotic massage.
Tantric massage of the sexual area is called "lingam massage" for men, and "yoni massage" for women.

Shorter massages are therefore not tantric.

The 30-minute massage has nothing to do with Tantra.
