Why include lingam and yoni massages in a tantric massage?
I'm often asked why the tantric massage I offer at TANTRA ATTITUDE includes the yoni and lingam... and my answer is: why not?
Isn't that part of who you are?
How can we feel a sense of belonging and wholeness if we separate our bodies into functions and parts?
Our genitals are not separate parts of our identity, and should not be honored solely for sex and special occasions.
The yoni is a sacred part of a woman's body which, when seen and touched in a loving space, is no different from any other part of her body.
The lingam is included in my introduction to tantric massage for men simply because I choose to honor and revere you as a "whole being", but it's certainly not the focus of the session.
"In life, so many things are placed in boxes or compartmentalized, let's not do that to our bodies by separating our genitals from the rest of who we are, at the risk of creating shame or taboo."
During a tantric massage, every part of your body is honored, caressed and respected in equal measure, giving you a sense of fulfillment.
It's one thing to say we're whole, and another experience to feel it.
