Embracing life
"Tantra is about truly loving and embracing all of life, and through this love, remembering our essence, the divine. Tantra is a way of life. The way we make love is the way we create the life we live, and vice versa."(Osho)

"There's no great mystery in Tantra. It's in the tolerance and grace of the breath.
Breathe gently and naturally and you open the door to sacred intention. With this sacred intention, loving and making love become spiritual and holy.
You open the door to total joy and embrace the divine, erotic impulse. So breathe and relax. It's tantra (Janet Robertson).

The path to ecstasy
Tantra's body-positive approach is the direct result of its integrative metaphysics, according to which this world is not a mere illusion, but a manifestation of supreme Reality. If the world is real, the body must be too.
If the world is inherently divine, the body must be too. If we are to honor the world as a creation of an aspect of divine Power (shakti), we must also honor the body.
The body is a part of the world and, as we shall see, the world is a part of the body. Or rather, when we truly understand the body, we discover that it is the world, which is in essence divine.
