Creating space
Creating a calm, safe space is an important first step in any tantric ritual practice. This doesn't have to be elaborate, but things like soft lighting, room temperature and a comfortable surface to lie on can be very helpful. For a more sensual experience, you might also like to burn incense or scented candles and put on some inspiring background music.
Connect with the breath
Before embarking on techniques and stimulation, spend some time connecting with the breath.
Conscious breathing is a fundamental Tantric practice and an important aspect of Yoni massage for both giver and receiver.
The breath guides the rhythm of the massage and allows the energy to flow between you and your partner.
Finding a comfortable position
Your partner should be relaxed and lying on her back in a comfortable position with legs apart, knees bent and feet on the floor.
Remind her to breathe deeply throughout the experience.
Go slowly
Using warm coconut oil, or a natural, unscented massage oil , start by massaging your partner's breasts to let the excitement build slowly.
Next, lubricate and massage the different areas of her sex, starting by sliding your hands over her thighs and pubic bone.
Move to the vulva.
Cover it with one hand and stay there for a few moments to let the heat spread. Then gently vibrate your hand with varying degrees of pressure, depending on your partner's preference.
3 . Some yoni massage techniques to try
A few caresses on the vulva
Using your fingertips, gently caress her labia, both large and small, from top to bottom, in small circles, pressing, stretching, tapping, being gentle and always attentive.
A few strokes on the clitoris
Then begin to gently stimulate the clitoris in the same way, alternating between small circles, tapping, vibration, pressure, stretching, rolling, tapping...
